PAINTING PROCESS

1.	Power wash all surfaces prior to painting
2.	Apply tarps and drop cloths in appropriate areas to protect items such as trim and landscaping against incidental drips or spills.
3.	Cover all windows, light fixtures, and other areas not to be painted.
4.	Scrape all loose paint and prime bare wood.
5.	Begin painting, applying coats as necessary.
6.	Clean up all tools and products at end of day.
